After how long files are deleted?

With in 12 hours all of your uploded and processed file are permanently deleted.

Is it free to use?

Yes, ElephantPro.co is free to use.

Is there a upload size limit?

Yes, currently you can only process file upto 5 GB.

What file formats are supported?

You can upload MP4 files, and they will be converted to MP3 format. Other video formats like AVI, MOV, and MKV are also supported, and other audio formats like wav, aac and others are also supported.

How long does the conversion take?

The conversion time depends on the size of the file, but most files are processed within a 1 or 2 minutes.

Can I download my files after conversion?

Yes, once your file is converted, you can click on download button to download them.

Are there any limitations on the number of conversions?

No, you can convert as many files as you like, without any limits.
